What is a Y Mom?
Technically speaking, ALL YMCA of South Palm Beach County Mom Members are ‘Y Moms’ – each with their own goals, interests and style. Y Moms come in all shapes and sizes, ages and ethnic backgrounds and can be found in our DeVos-Blum Family Y in Boynton and our Peter Blum Family Y in Boca.
With the intention to unite our 'Y Moms', the YMCA of South Palm Beach County created a private Y MOM Facebook Group designed specifically for socializing with other Y Moms, creating new friendships, planning activities, asking questions, bonding over shared interests and being advocates of the Y! The Y hosts Y Mom activities/socials throughout the year, giving our Moms a chance to get to know each other, bond and create relationships.

The YMCA’s safe, enriching child care and development centers uniquely gives Mom members the worry-free opportunity to pursue their own interests and activities.

Y Moms! Join us at the Boca Y for "Stroller Strength" Group Exercise class!
Grab your toddlers and strollers for a fun outdoor workout! A combination of cardio & strength training using body weight, bands, and the resistance of the stroller. Class meets at the Pavilion every Monday/Wednesday at 9am!
